Birth Debriefing
An intimate visit centered visit centered around birth processing and debriefing. We will be utilizing tools for postpartum stress relief after having a less-than-peaceful birth. You will lead the conversation and we will process together what happened and how it left you feeling. We will also discuss resources and referrals that might be helpful for both you and your baby's postpartum recovery.
